檢測方法:可以(yi)用PT100溫度計,用密封的不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)子插入斧內,管(guan)子里加進去一些導熱油,把溫度計塞(sai)到導熱油以(yi)下就可以(yi),不會有太大的誤差的。
溫度過高的控制
1、停(ting)止加(jia)熱(re):通過(guo)(guo)電(dian)器(qi)控制箱上的溫度(du)(du)顯(xian)示儀表及報警器(qi)可方便、快捷地判斷出不(bu)銹鋼反應釜內部物(wu)料的溫度(du)(du)情況,當溫度(du)(du)過(guo)(guo)高時,電(dian)器(qi)控制器(qi)按設定的程序自動地停(ting)止某組(zu)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的工作,將溫度(du)(du)保持在恒定的范圍內。
2、啟動(dong)釜(fu)內(nei)的冷卻(que)盤(pan)管(guan):釜(fu)內(nei)的冷卻(que)盤(pan)管(guan)一般作為冷卻(que)用,如當(dang)檢測到不(bu)銹鋼反(fan)應(ying)釜(fu)內(nei)部物料(liao)的溫(wen)度(du)(du)可能很高時,及時啟用內(nei)部冷卻(que)盤(pan)管(guan),并加大冷卻(que)水的流量(liang),及時有效地降低不(bu)銹鋼反(fan)應(ying)釜(fu)內(nei)部物料(liao)的溫(wen)度(du)(du)。
