不銹鋼反應釜的結構與性能:設備主要由罐體、夾套、攪拌系統三大部分組成。
1、不銹鋼反應釜的材料:與物料接觸部分均采用304或316L等優質不銹鋼制造,符合GMP標準。
2、不銹鋼反應釜的配件:攪拌形式多用框式攪拌,確保物料在短時間內均勻調和;同時可根據需要選用框式、錨式、漿式等。 密封采用衛生級機械密封,可以保證罐內的壓力及防止罐內物料泄漏而造成不必要的污染;接口采用ISO標準快裝卡箍式,方便衛生; 無菌呼吸器,CIP清洗噴頭、視鏡、法蘭、衛生快開人孔等。
3、不銹鋼反應釜的表面處理:內表面采用鏡面拋光,確保無衛生死角,全封閉的設計確保物料始終處于無菌狀態,外表面可選噴砂、磨砂、冷軋原色亞光處理。
4、加熱(re)冷卻:加熱(re)方(fang)式可選(xuan)蒸汽(qi)、電加熱(re)、導(dao)熱(re)油,以滿足(zu)耐酸(suan)、耐堿、耐高溫、耐磨蝕(shi)、抗腐蝕(shi)等不同工作環境的工藝需要。
