檢測方法：可(ke)以(yi)用PT100溫度計(ji)，用密封的不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼管子(zi)(zi)插(cha)入斧內，管子(zi)(zi)里加進去一些導熱油(you)，把(ba)溫度計(ji)塞到(dao)導熱油(you)以(yi)下就可(ke)以(yi)，不(bu)會有太大的誤差的。

溫度過高的控制

1、停(ting)止加熱：通過電(dian)器(qi)(qi)控(kong)制箱上的溫(wen)度顯示儀表及報(bao)警(jing)器(qi)(qi)可方便、快捷地(di)判斷出不銹鋼反應釜內部物料的溫(wen)度情況，當溫(wen)度過高時，電(dian)器(qi)(qi)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)按設定的程序自動地(di)停(ting)止某組(zu)電(dian)加熱器(qi)(qi)的工作，將溫(wen)度保持在(zai)恒定的范圍內。

2、啟動釜(fu)內的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)盤管：釜(fu)內的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)盤管一般作為(wei)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)用(yong)，如當(dang)檢測到不銹鋼反(fan)應釜(fu)內部(bu)(bu)物料的(de)(de)溫度(du)可能很高時(shi)，及時(shi)啟用(yong)內部(bu)(bu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)盤管，并(bing)加大冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水的(de)(de)流量，及時(shi)有效地降(jiang)低(di)不銹鋼反(fan)應釜(fu)內部(bu)(bu)物料的(de)(de)溫度(du)。

3、持續攪拌。

溫度過低時的控制
